The house is set up so that nothing is missing: free Wi-Fi in all areas, free private parking on site, family rooms, non-smoking units, and a tea and coffee maker in every unit.
Bathroom and bedroom
Every unit has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a toilet, free toiletries, towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer. The bedroom area comes with linens, a wardrobe or closet, a clothes rack, a drying rack for clothing and a socket near the bed.
Kitchen and dining
The apartments and the studio have a private kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, electric kettle, coffee machine, cleaning products and a dining table. The rooms have a refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Outdoors and views
All units have a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture, and most enjoy a sea view. The shared garden with several terraces and quiet seating areas is open to guests throughout their stay.
Media and technology
Each unit has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a radio, and free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property.
Services
We offer baggage storage, a wake-up service and invoices on request. Laundry is available for an additional charge. Fire extinguishers are installed throughout the house, and the hosts speak Croatian, English and German.
General
Air conditioning, heating, tile or marble floors, a private entrance to the units and non-smoking areas are standard throughout. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
